One expert stylist and personal shopper find you clothing and accessories that match your persona, your needs, and most importantly, your budget. It's really up to you- let us find your styles for an upcoming wedding season, vacation, or a simple wardrobe refresher. Our style box is curated specifically for you so tell us exactly what you need.
After you've purchased a STYLING SERVICE package, you will receive an email containing a questionnaire where we can learn more about you and your personal style. Enter your body and foot measurements and upload full-body pictures (don't worry, we'll walk you through the process). Complete the questionnaire by adding any social media handles that best reflect your personal (or desired) style- Instagram and Pinterest work perfectly.
Once the questionnaire is submitted, there will be a second survey delivered within 48 hours containing items that have been hand-selected for you. Choose from those items and submit the survey to begin the purchasing process. Please submit this survey within 24 hours to ensure your selected items are secured. We'll confirm your purchase and send you an estimated delivery time.
After receiving your purchase by mail, try on your new items. If you're in with love with your items, confirm your purchase and enjoy! If there are any items you're not in love with, simply request a return label and send unwanted items back free of charge. Items must be unworn with tags still attached and in their original condition. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a refund for the unwanted items.
Before purchasing, please note:
- The listed price is an initial deposit.
- The final price for the service may vary depending on your purchases and may result in a partial refund.
- There's a $15 Styling Fee added to every purchased item (included in package price).
- A refund minus the finders fee will be issued for unwanted items that have been successfully returned.
