Exchange & Return Policy

Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 28 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund for you.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Customer Care

However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts in the product description. 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all DORCAS GISELE and garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, beauty items, or discounted items.

Services such as Styling Services and Courses are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

Customers can contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange or refund. To arrange an exchange or refund, simply email us at or call us at 1-708-794-8590. We will email you an exchange/refund survey and return shipping label. Once we receive your order, it will take 3-6 business days to process and either exchange or refund your purchase. Please check below to see when you can expect to see a refund appear in your account. 

Exchanging Orders

To issue an exchange of your purchase, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your purchase to process the solution. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately. If you’re based outside the US, taxes and duties are applicable to your exchanged merchandise. 

Refunding Orders

When you successfully return your purchase, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise, taxes, shipping costs and shipping taxes. Return shipping costs and shipping taxes are not covered by DORCAS GISELE unless you are making an exchange or we are responsible for a problem with your order. Unfortunately, customs duties are non-refundable through DORCAS-GISELE.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you contact a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Receiving a Refund

For returned items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your purchase to process the solution. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. 

For Paypal payments, please expect refunds to show in your account within 48 hours. For credit card payments through Shopify Payments, please expect refunds to show in your account within 7-14 business days.
