Return Policy

Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 20 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange a refund or exchange for you.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Customer Care

However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts in the product description. 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all DORCAS GISELE and garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, beauty items, or discounted items unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

Refund Process

Customers can contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a refund or exchange. To arrange a refund or exchange, simply email us at or call us at 1-708-794-8590. We will email you a return/exchange form and shipping instructions along with the address to our US office. Once we receive your order, it will take 3-6 business days to process and issue either a refund or exchange. Please check below to see when you can expect to see a refund appear in your account. 

Refunding Orders

If our company is responsible for an issue with your order, we will ask you return the item(s) to our U.S. office for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item(s), we will refund in full the original purchase price and its shipping or resend a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when DORCAS GISELE is responsible for shipping the wrong item or size.

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our office) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original purchase price. All and any shipping fees, including duties, are non-refundable.

If the customer decides they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund or credit of the purchase price. In this case, any shipping costs, including duties, are non-refundable. 

Receiving a Refund

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. 

For Paypal payments, please expect refunds to show in your account within 48 hours. For credit card payments through Shopify Payments, please expect refunds to show in your account within 7-14 business days.
