Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (FPO/APO)?

Yes, we are able to deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses.

Is my personal information kept private once I make a purchase?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Is it safe to make purchases on DORCAS-GISELE.COM?

How long does it take for a delivery? 

You should expect your delivery by 5-10 business days depending on your destination and shipping service. A USPS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please Note: During national holidays and store-wide sales, shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days. 

How much do deliveries costs?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the destination and your choice of shipping service. We currently offer the following USPS shipping services: 

  • First Class
  • Priority
  • Priority Express
    Will I need to pay duties on my purchase?

    If your destination is outside the US and US Territories, you will be responsible for any import duties or custom fees applied to your purchase at the time of delivery. 

    Will I need to pay taxes on my purchase?

    If you are purchasing within the US or US Territories, you are required to pay sales taxes on your purchases. Prices displayed for each item exclude taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges and displayed on the Order Summary page. For purchases made outside the US and US Territories, your purchases may be subject to import duties or customs fees. 

    How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a USPS tracking number via email. 

    How do I exchange or return an item?
    You can easily exchange or return unwanted items by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date and returning the item(s) within 28 days of the delivery date. Email or call our Customer Care to arrange a exchange or return. We will email you an exchange/return survey and return shipping label. Once we receive your purchase, it will take 3-6 business days to process and issue either an exchange or return.     Will I be refunded the full amount of my purchase?

    When you successfully return your purchase, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise, taxes, shipping costs and shipping taxes. Return shipping costs and shipping taxes are not covered by DORCAS GISELE unless you are exchanging your purchase or we are responsible for a problem with your order. Unfortunately, customs duties are non-refundable through DORCAS-GISELE.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you contact a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

    Please note that it can take up to 2-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your original payment method. For more information, read here
