Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (FPO/APO)?

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military Addresses at this time. 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver to U.S. and Canada addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. 

Is my personal information kept private once I make a purchase?
Your personal information collected by us, either from our mailing list or when a purchase is made, is kept private. We do, however, occasionally dispatch items directly from vendors. In this case, we will share your name and mailing address so they can fulfill your order. For more information about what we do with collected information, please read our Privacy Policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Is it safe to make purchases on DORCAS-GISELE.COM?

All payments are securely processed through PayPal Express Checkout and Shopify Payments. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, DORCAS-GISELE.COM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. For more information about payment security, please read our Payment page. 

How long does it take for a delivery? 

Because we use both US and international vendors who deliver products directly to you, our delivery times vary between 1-3 weeks. Please check the product description to see estimated shipping time for each item. 

How much do deliveries cost?

We offer free standard delivery within the Contiguous United States. However, deliveries to Canada cost a flat rate of $USD18 and deliveries made to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories cost a flat rate of $USD20. Expedited delivery is available for some items. Will I need to pay duties on my purchases? 

If your address is in Canada, you will be responsible for duties on all purchases made on DORCAS-GISELE.COM. If your address is in the US or U.S. Territories, you will not pay duties on items that are dispatched directly from us or our US vendors.

Because we use international vendors, some products will originate from outside of the Continental United States. If this is the case, you may have to pay import duties to receive your delivery. Each product description will include the country of origin and if a duty will be required.  Import duties and other charges are not included in the item price or delivery cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to completing your order.

Will I need to pay taxes on my purchase?

Prices displayed for each item exclude taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges and displayed on the Order Summary page.

Why are some orders delivered in separate packages?

 We both ship items directly from our warehouse as well as from the warehouses of our US and international vendors. Because of this, some orders are split up and delivered to you separately to cut shipping costs and to get your items to you as quickly as possible. An email with each tracking number will be sent to you so you can track separate deliveries. Please check the product description of each item to see where it originates from. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. If you have an order that has separate packaging due to items you've selected originating from different locations, you will be sent a tracking number for each package. 

How do I return or exchange an item?
You can easily return or exchange unwanted items by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date and returning the item(s) within 20 days of the delivery date. Simply email or call our Customer Care to arrange a return or exchange. We will email you a return/exchange form and shipping instructions along with the address to our US office. Once we receive your order, it will take 3-6 business days to process and issue either a refund or exchange. For more information about the return policy, please read our Exchange & Refund page. 

Will I be refunded the full amount of my purchase?

We currently refund taxes to customers in the US, Canada, and US Territories in addition to the price of the item(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable unless DORCAS GISELE is responsible for a problem with your order. Unfortunately, customs duties are non-refundable through DORCAS-GISELE.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you contact a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
